 OEHA Exhibitor Options for the 5 Annual Education Conferences

PLATINUM SPONSOR 

This allows an exhibitor to have an exhibitor booth and 2 admissions for all 5 OEHA conferences . No need to write 5 checks and fill out 5 applications. Some additional features of our most prestigious annual sponsorship category: 

  • Advertisement on the OEHA website (www.ohioeha.org)
  • A half page ad in every edition of the printed and/or electronic Ohio Journal of Environmental Health (OJEH)
  • Space for a two page educational article in one edition* of the printed and/or electronic OJEH
  • Special recognition in all 5 conference packets
  • Lunch passes for 2 attendees for both days at all 5 conferences
  • A chance to offer an educational session* at 2 of the 5 conferences

The annual fee for this level of sponsorship is $2000 

 

GOLD UNIVERSITY SPONSOR 

This allows a university exhibitor to have an exhibitor booth and 2 admissions for all 5 OEHA conferences. No need to write 5 checks and fill out 5 applications. Some additional features of our this prestigious sponsorship category: 

  • Advertisement on the OEHA website (www.ohioeha.org) 
  • A half page ad in every edition of the printed and/or electronic Ohio Journal of Environmental Health (OJEH)
  • Space for a two page educational article* in one edition of the printed and/or electronic OJEH

BRONZE SPONSOR 

This allows an exhibitor to have an exhibitor booth and 2 admissions (and 2 lunches) for any one of the 5 OEHA conferences.

The fee for this level of sponsorship is $400 Spring AEC or $300 each for the fall conferences. 

 

SILVER SPONSOR 

This allows an exhibitor to have an exhibitor booth and 2 admissions (and 2 lunches) for any one of the 5 OEHA conferences. Some additional features of this prestigious sponsorship category: 

  • Advertisement on the OEHA website (www.ohioeha.org) 
  • A quarter page ad in every edition of the printed and/or electronic Ohio Journal of Environmental Health (OJEH)
  • Special recognition in the conference packet
  • A chance to offer an educational session at 1 conference* 

The annual fee for this level is $800

 

NON-PROFIT SPONSOR 

This allows the non-profit exhibitor to have an exhibitor booth and 1 admission (and lunches) for any one of the 5 OEHA conferences.

The fee for this level of sponsorship is $200 each for either the Spring AEC or any the fall conference(s).
