 The OEHA Northwest District Fall Conference returns October 1–2, 2026, with a strong two-day agenda designed for environmental health professionals across the region.

Thursday features a USEPA-led Mercury Spill Response Training, followed by concurrent sessions on soils for sanitarians, mental health in EH, bulk water machines, groundwater conflicts, well drilling basics, rural health, employee health, digitizing sewage files, and conducting food safety inspections in Hispanic and ethnic facilities.

Friday highlights include team building, food program enforcement policies, pool equipment, the Great Lakes Aerosol Monitoring Research (GLAMR) study, campground regulations, workforce development, and sterilization procedures in body piercing facilities.

Attendees can earn up to 6 CEUs per day (12 total), with time built in for networking, student posters, exhibits, meals, and awards. Speaker times and topics are subject to change.
