AEC Cancelled

Dear OEHA Members,

The Ohio Environmental Health Association is following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local authorities. Following the most recent guidance of Governor DeWine to limit gatherings of more than 50 people for the foreseeable future, the Ohio Environmental Health Association Board has chosen to cancel our in-person conference in Columbus, Ohio scheduled for April 16 and 17, 2020. We are working to provide other CEU options for you. At this point, we are hoping to schedule an in-person meeting this summer to update membership, conduct elections, and provide CEUs.

The Ohio Environmental Health Association will refund registration fees for attendees and exhibitors/ sponsorship. Refund requests can be sent to Vickie Johnson vjohnsonoeha@gmail.com

We regret the cancellation of our event. As an association, we recognize the importance of disseminating and sharing technical contributions, developing collaborations, and sharing results. The OEHA family extends best wishes to you, your colleagues, and your families as we navigate these uncharted waters. After this health crisis passes, we look forward to gathering our community together for productive and enjoyable events where you, other sanitarians, educators, scientists, industry, and students will help create the future.
